NOVELTY - Manufacturing of carbon composite board involves adding 450-550 parts mass bamboo charcoal particles, 50-200 parts mass carbonized coconut shell powder and 10-40 parts mass shell powder, soaking in 400-500 parts mass sodium hydroxide for 12-24 hours, filtering to remove the solution, washing with deionized water 2-3 times, adding 50-100 parts mass deionized water, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed base (A), adding 100-250 parts mass resin and 3-5 parts mass flame retardant-loaded graphene, mixing and stirring at 60 degrees C, adding 4-10 parts mass composite stabilizer, heating at 115-135 degrees C for 20-26 hours to obtain a mixed base (B), mixing the mixed bases (A) and (B), stirring at 165-180 degrees C and 500-600 rpm, granulating, extruding, molding, pressing at 300-400 N/cm2, filling a calcium carbonate in the pressurized mixture at 1.5-2.0 kPa using argon as carrier, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Manufacturing of carbon composite board. ADVANTAGE - The process provides composite board which has excellent flame retardance due to the addition of flame retardant-loaded graphene.
