▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of functional graphene flame retardant comprises using aqueous solution of diethylenetriamine sodium pentamethylene phosphate as electrolyte, graphite sheet as anode, and metal rod as cathode and electrolyzing; and mixing with iron source. USE - The method is used for preparing functionalized graphene flame retardant for polyacrylonitrile composite material in preparing automobile interior trim or garment material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant has improved flame retardancy and thermal stability of polyacrylonitrile materials and no damaging effect on the mechanical properties of the material and is used in automobile interiors, clothing fabrics, tarpaulin, curtains, and carpets. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) polyacrylonitrile composite material comprising functional graphene flame retardant; (2) preparation of composite material comprising mixing polyacrylonitrile and functional graphene flame retardant by solution and drying; and (3) carpet, tarpaulin or curtain comprising polyacrylonitrile composite material.
