NOVELTY - A photoelectrode is prepared by (S1) preparing titanium dioxide nanoribbon array photoelectrode; (S2) preparing graphite phase carbon nitride nanosheet colloidal solution; (S3) preparing mixed solution of carbon nitride and graphene oxide; (S4) using mixed solution of carbon nitride and graphene oxide as electrolyte, titanium dioxide nanobelt array photoelectrode as cathode, and platinum sheet as anode. USE - Preparation of photoelectrode. ADVANTAGE - By coupling titanium dioxide nanoribbon array with graphite phase carbon nitride nanosheets and graphene oxide by semiconductor coupling, the prepared photoelectrode overcomes the shortcomings of titanium dioxide nanoribbon array and graphite phase carbon nitride itself, broadens the spectral absorption range, reduces photo-generated electron and hole recombination, is an environment-friendly material with visible light response and high photocatalytic activity, and has large specific surface area, high stability, and good photocatalytic performance.
