▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based super-hydrophobic stainless steel involves (i) pretreating stainless steel by polishing the stainless steel with sandpaper of 60 mesh, 120 mesh, 320 mesh, 600 mesh and 1200 mesh respectively to remove impurities and oxides on the surface, ultrasonically cleaning with absolute ethanol and acetone for 10 minutes to remove organic matter and drying using nitrogen for further use, and (ii) preparing super-hydrophobic structure by electrodeposition using electrolyte formulation comprising 15-30 %mass graphene oxide, 25-40 %mass linolenic acid and 40-70 %mass absolute ethanol. USE - Preparation of graphene-based super-hydrophobic stainless steel. ADVANTAGE - The method builds the rough structure of the stainless steel surface by etching stainless steel in the linolenic acid medium, exerts the sheet-barrier function of graphene, and produces the graphene-based super-hydrophobic stainless steel having excellent corrosion inhibition efficiency of more than 97%.
