NOVELTY - A carbon fiber reinforced plastic tube comprises 100-200 pts. wt., preferably 150 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 4-12 pts. wt., preferably 7 pts. wt. short-cut carbon fiber, 8-50 pts. wt., preferably 25 pts. wt. impact modifier, 0.1-12 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. hyperbranched polyamide, 4-20 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. graphene and 4-15 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. zinc oxide. USE - Carbon fiber reinforced plastic tube. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber reinforced plastic tube has high toughness and aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of carbon fiber reinforced plastic pipe, which involves (1) weighing the raw materials, (2) mixing graphene and hyperbranched polyamide in blender, heating at 90 plus minus 5 degrees C, stirring, mixing to obtain mixture (I), (3) adding mixture (I), polyethylene resin, chopped carbon fiber, impact modifier and zinc oxide to mixer, heating at 75 plus minus 5 degrees C, stirring and mixing to obtain mixture (II), (4) extruding the mixture (II), melt plasticizing, (5) quickly transferring the molten melt to mold, placing in vacuum setting box, cooling and setting to obtain final product.
