▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene loaded carbon-coated lithium vanadium phosphate composite material comprises (a) using expanded graphite as raw material and preparing graphene oxide by a modified Hummers method, (b) using the carbon-coated lithium vanadium phosphate precursor prepared by sol-gel method, (c) using microwave digestion method to prepare graphene/carbon coated lithium vanadium phosphate precursor and (d) pre-sintering and sintering under the protection of nitrogen. USE - The material is useful as lithium ion cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has a specific discharge capacity of 130 mAh/g; has a voltage range of 3-4.3 V at a rate of 0.5C; reaches a specific capacity retention rate of 99.5%, when it is cycled for 100 weeks at a rate of 0.5 C.
