NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-based solid phase micro-extraction involves cleaning centrifuge tubes, adding analyte standard solution/environmental water sample, and graphene oxide aqueous solution, leaving still, dissolving resultant mixture in sodium chloride, centrifuging, separating, adding eluent, eluting, centrifuging and separating upper layer for testing. USE - Graphene oxide-based solid phase micro-extraction used for detecting pollutant e.g. malachite green dye, crystal violet and red dye in food and cosmetics. ADVANTAGE - The method enables graphene oxide-based solid phase micro-extraction pre-treatment with high sensitivity, within short period of time.
