▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A waterproof ink comprises 25-35 parts by mass plant pigment, 4-8 parts by mass mixed vegetable oil, 2-3 parts by mass dispersing agent, 30-40 parts by mass modified phenolic resin, 5-10 parts by mass gel, 5-10 parts by mass water repelling agent and 4-6 parts by mass auxiliary agent. USE - The water repellent ink is used in printing on cloth articles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - In the waterproof ink, the presence of vegetable pigment and the water-repellent, keeps the printed product bright for a long time, ensures the safety of the product such as avoiding the problem of allergy. The water repellent of the ink enables the cloth product to be waterproof, oil-proof and easy to clean. The air permeability, texture and appearance of the cloth ink are not affected, by using the water repellent ink. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of water repellent ink. The method involves: 1. grafting 0.08-0.12 % graphene onto phenolic resin through a silane coupling agent to prepare modified phenolic resin; 2. completely mixing vegetable pigments, mixed vegetable oil and dispersant; 3. heating the mixed materials to 115-120degrees Celsius, followed by adding modified phenolic resin, heating to 200-205degrees Celsius, reversing after 1.5-2 hours, when the temperature drops to 145-155degrees Celsius adding auxiliary agent, gelling agent and water-repellent, stirring evenly; 4. grinding the coarse ink to less than 10mum to form the waterproof ink.
