NOVELTY - An antibacterial PVC artificial leather comprises base cloth layer and coating layer. The coating layer comprises first coating layer comprising 75-85 pts. wt. PVC resin powder, 6-9 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer powder, 2.6-3.2 pts. sulfonated calcium naphthenate salt and 3-5 pts. expanded perlite powder; and second coating layer comprising 70-80 pts. wt. PVC resin powder, 10-14 pts. wt. EVA copolymer powder, 2.4-3 pts. wt. sulfonated calcium naphthenate salt, 1.6-2 pts. wt. 3,4-diethoxyphenyl carbamate, 2-2.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2.2-2.7 pts. wt. silver ion antibacterial powder, 5-7 pts. wt. expanded perlite powder, 3-4.5 pts. wt. plasticizer and 3-4 pts. wt. stabilizer. USE - Antibacterial PVC artificial leather. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial PVC artificial leather has high antibacterial rate, good antibacterial and bacteriostatic effect, strong antibacterial durability, high peeling strength, and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the artificial leather comprising weighing first and second coating layer raw materials respectively, mixing graphene oxide, silver ion antibacterial powder and expanded perlite powder, adding to ultra-fine grinding machine, grinding and mixing for 40-60 minutes, adding 3,4-diethoxyphenyl isopropyl carbamate, grinding and mixing for 15-20 minutes to obtain antibacterial mixed filler, and mixing with remaining raw materials of second coating layer to obtain second coating slurry; coating on release paper, and drying to 135-155 degrees C to form second coating layer; and mixing raw materials of first coating layer to obtain first coating slurry, coating on second coating layer, baking to 155-165 degrees C for 15-20 minutes to form semi-dry first coating layer, laminating with base cloth, drying to 145-155 degrees C, and removing release paper.
