NOVELTY - Production of latex with high graphene concentration involves (a) selecting graphene oxide as a raw material comprising 5-30% oxygen, (b) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to prepare an aqueous slurry comprising 0.1-10 wt.% graphene oxide, (c) mixing and stirring graphene oxide slurry, casein, aromatic hydrocarbon amine, water-soluble organic polyamine, and ammonia in a heating reactor in a proportional order, (d) adding aromatic hydrocarbon amine and continuously stirring, then adding casein, water-soluble organic polyamine, and 20% aqueous ammonia, and continuously reacting to obtain modified graphene slurry, (e) dehydrating and washing the modified graphene slurry and then dehydrating to obtain a modified graphene concentrate comprising 5-25 wt.% graphene, and (f) mixing the modified graphene concentrate with natural latex. The latex comprises 1-10 wt.% modified graphene. USE - Production of latex with high graphene concentration. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical, and enables production of latex with high graphene concentration, excellent thermal conductivity, high thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity, high strength and antibacterial function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of latex with high graphene concentration involves (a) selecting graphene oxide as a raw material comprising 5-30% oxygen, (b) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to prepare an aqueous slurry comprising 0.1-10 wt.% graphene oxide, (c) mixing and stirring graphene oxide slurry, casein, aromatic hydrocarbon amine, water-soluble organic polyamine, and ammonia in a heating reactor in a proportional order, (d) adding aromatic hydrocarbon amine and continuously stirring, then adding casein, water-soluble organic polyamine, and 20% aqueous ammonia, and continuously reacting to obtain modified graphene slurry, (e) dehydrating and washing the modified graphene slurry and then dehydrating to obtain a modified graphene concentrate comprising 5-25 wt.% graphene, and (f) mixing the modified graphene concentrate with natural latex. The latex comprises 1-10 wt.% modified graphene. The mechanical stability of the modified graphene latex is 100 seconds. The weight ratio of water, graphene oxide, casein, aromatic hydrocarbon amine, water-soluble organic polyamine and 20% aqueous ammonia is 100:0.1-11:0.01-1:0.01-1:0.01-1: 0.01-0.05.
