▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for synthesizing graphene oxide (GO)-chitosan (CS)- zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) foam material involves (a) dissolving GO in a solvent, ultrasonically dispersing for half an hour, adding CS and 25% glutaraldehyde aqueous solution while stirring, continuing stirring for 12 hours, and freeze-drying the reaction solution, (b) adding the product obtained in step (a) to the methanol solution of zinc nitrate hexahydrate, stirring for 10 minutes, adding methanol solution of 2-methylimidazole, and then stirring and reacting at 25degrees Celsius for 4 hours and (c) washing the product obtained in step (b) with pure methanol and then vacuum drying at 60degrees Celsius for 12 hours. USE - The GO-CS-ZIF-8 foam material is useful in glycopeptide or phosphorylated peptide enrichment and mass spectrometry detection (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of the GO-CS-ZIF-8 foam material in glycopeptide or phosphorylated peptide enrichment and mass spectrometry detection.
