NOVELTY - Graphene modified thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) conveyor belt comprises thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, graphene modified TPU pellets and color master batch in blending ratio of 100:5-10:1-5, where the graphene modified TPU pellets comprises 0.1-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent modified graphene. USE - Used as graphene modified thermoplastic polyurethane conveyor belt. ADVANTAGE - The conveyor belt has higher strength and better toughness. The method reduces turning radius of the TPU conveyor belt, reduces volume of the conveyor equipment, enhances wear resistance and oil resistance, and has good application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene modified TPU conveyor belt, comprising ultrasonically dispersing graphene in ethanol solution, adding silane coupling agent for ultrasonic dispersion for 1 hour, removing ethanol solvent by vacuum, and drying to remove water to obtain silane coupling agent modified graphene , drying, adding into the melted and dehydrated polyol, stirring evenly, adding chain extender, catalyst, antioxidant, and lubricant, stirring evenly, adding isocyanate, stirring, extruding, and pelletizing to obtain graphene modified TPU pellets, evenly mixing thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, graphene modified TPU pellets and color master batch, removing water, drying, using extrusion calendering process, and forming covering layer on the polyester fabric coated with PU glue to obtain single layer graphene modified TPU conveyor belt.
