▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A reactor (100) comprises a microwave transmitter that is coupled to a reaction space such that microwave radiation from the microwave transmitter is delivered to the reaction space; and a composition (132) comprising at least 10 wt.% graphene, where a contaminant is bound to the composition, and where the composition is disposed within the reaction space. USE - The reactor is used for binding and destroying a contaminant, such as a chemical agent e.g. soman, sarin, Vx, lewisite or mustard gas, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon (e.g., halogenated VOCs), or an optionally substituted polycyclic aromatic compound (e.g., various dioxins, or PHBs) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reactor can effectively destroy the contaminant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (A) composition comprising at least 10 wt.% graphene, and an instruction associated with the composition that informs a person that (a) the composition binds a chemical agent, and (b) that microwave irradiation of the composition destroys the chemical agent; and (B) destroying a contaminant, comprising binding the contaminant to a composition that includes at least 10 wt.% graphene, and irradiating the composition with electromagnetic wave energy at an energy and wavelength effective to destroy the contaminant. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a device for destruction of chemical agents. Reactor (100) Inlet (114) Outlet (116) Magnetrons (120A-D) Graphene-containing composition (132)
