NOVELTY - A semiconductive shielding material comprises 80-92 pts. wt. matrix resin, 4-11 pts. wt. ionic liquid modified graphene, 1.5-3 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.3-5 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Semiconductive shielding material is used for high-voltage direct current cable. ADVANTAGE - The semiconductive shielding material has uniform electric field and reduced electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of semiconductive shielding material, which involves mixing matrix resin and ionic-liquid-modified graphene, adding antioxidant and lubricant, mixing, then adding crosslinking agent, extruding, cutting into small granules, hot-pressing, cooling, and molding.
