▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electrochemical sensor for detecting uric acid, comprises base electrode and aperture graphene. USE - Electrochemical sensor for detecting uric acid in mixed solution of ascorbic acid, uric acid and dopamine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical sensor has excellent linear electrochemical response to uric acid in certain concentration range, excellent repeatability and high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) production of electrochemical sensor for detecting uric acid, which involves adding styrene, initiator azobisisobutyronitrile, stabilizer methacryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride, methanol and water to the reaction vessel, reacting at 75 degrees C for 8 hours and drying to obtain cationic polystyrene microspheres, assembling graphene oxide and cationic polystyrene microspheres, reducing with hydroiodic acid to obtain polystyrene/graphene core-shell microspheres, immersing polystyrene/graphene core-shell microspheres in ethyl acetate to remove polystyrene microspheres to obtain open-celled graphene solution, applying open-celled graphene solution to the surface of the pretreated base electrode, and volatizing solvent; and (2) usage of electrochemical sensor for detecting uric acid in mixed solution of ascorbic acid, uric acid and dopamine.
