DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide-type fluoropolyether grease additive comprises graphene oxide linked to a chain end of a perfluoropolyether by a covalent bond. The perfluoropolyether contains repeating units of formulae: (CFXO), (CF2CF2O), (CF2CF2CF2O), (CF2CF(CF3)O), (CF(CF3)CF2O), (C3F6O), (CF2CF2CF2O), and (CR1R2CF2CF2O). X=F or CF3;and R1,R2=H, Cl or 1-4C perfluoroalkyl. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene oxide-type fluoropolyether grease additive, which involves dripping perfluoropolyether solution having a terminal group of an acid fluoride to the graphene oxide dispersed in a fluorine-containing solvent to carry out normal temperature reaction, and removing fluorine-containing solvent under reduced pressure.
