NOVELTY - The preparation method of monolayer graphene involves adding graphite powder to a reaction kettle and then fumigating using a mixed liquid of anhydrous ethanol, dichloromethane, tetrahydrofuran and isopropanol to obtain a fumed graphite powder, steaming the powder and then drying, adding dimethylformamide to the dried powder, uniformly mixing, adding acetic anhydride and aniline to the mixture and then mixing, reacting the mixture, adding fat-soluble lecithin, sodium dodecyl sulfate and anhydrous ethanol to the mixture and then homogenizing, and centrifuging. USE - The method is useful for preparation of monolayer graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and easy preparation of monolayer graphene with high yield and quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of monolayer graphene involves adding graphite powder to a reaction kettle and then fumigating using a mixed liquid of anhydrous ethanol, dichloromethane, tetrahydrofuran and isopropanol to obtain a fumed graphite powder, steaming the fumed graphite powder and then drying, adding dimethylformamide to the dried graphite powder, uniformly mixing, stirring the mixture, adding acetic anhydride and aniline to the mixture and then mixing, reacting the mixture using a solvent to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid, adding fat-soluble lecithin, sodium dodecyl sulfate and anhydrous ethanol to the graphene dispersion liquid and then uniformly stirring, homogenizing the mixture using a homogenizer to obtain a mixed liquid, and centrifuging.
