NOVELTY - High-performance engine insulating material comprises 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber insulating material, 15-25 pts. wt. resin material, 2-6 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 30-55 pts. wt. solvent, 3-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-9 pts. wt. glidant, 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent and 3-6 pts. wt. graphene. USE - High-performance engine insulating material. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance engine insulating material has high stability, high adhesive property and simple preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of high-performance engine insulating material comprising weighing raw materials, crushing carbon fiber insulating material into 0.1 mm, screening, washing with distilled water, drying at 50-70 degrees C, adding resin, antifoaming agent and glidant, heating, stirring at 800-2400 revolutions/minute for 120-300 minutes at 70-90 degrees C under water bath, adding solvent, stirring, adding curing agent, stirring, adding graphene solution, spraying on solidified bottom plate to form graphene film, placing in steam box, heating at 90-120 degrees C for 2-5 hours, subjecting to heat treatment at 700-1000 degrees C for 80-100 minutes and insulating for 1-4 hours under argon gas.
