▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrochemical detection of Gram-negative bacteria comprises: (1) dropping the bacterial suspension liquid on the surface of the working electrode of the electrochemical sensor and incubating; (2) dripping the platinum/nickel-graphene oxide nano sheet to the surface of the working electrode after processing and incubating; (3) connecting the working electrode of the electrochemical sensor, the reference electrode and the counter electrode to the electrochemical working station, using phosphoric acid buffer solution as reaction substrate liquid, performing i-t curve measurement; fixing the working electrode of the electrochemical sensor with a specific antibody. USE - Electrochemical detection of Gram-negative bacteria. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical sensor is capable of fast and sensitive spectrum detection of Gram-negative bacteria without enzymes and without the use of secondary antibodies.
