NOVELTY - Preparation of manganese dioxide/modified graphene nano-composite materials involves (s1) dispersing MXene in deionized water to prepare uniformly dispersed MXene dispersion liquid, (s2) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to prepare a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (s3) adding the MXene dispersion liquid and graphene oxide dispersion liquid in deionized water, and ultrasonically treating and concentration treatment to obtain a spinning solution, (s4) extruding the spinning solution in coagulating bath for drafting and curing, and drying and winding to obtain MXene/graphene oxide composite fibers, (s5) carrying out chemical reduction treatment of MXene/graphene oxide composite fiber, cleaning, and carrying out vacuum drying to obtain MXene modified graphene nano-composite materials, and (s6) using the electrochemical deposition method to grow manganese dioxide on the MXene modified graphene nano-composite materials, and vacuum drying. USE - Preparation of manganese dioxide/modified graphene nano-composite materials used in positive electrode material of flexible aqueous system zinc ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high specific surface area and excellent toughness, can effectively alleviate the problem of manganese ion (Mn4+) dissolution during the charging and discharging process when applied to the positive electrode material, significantly improve the battery capacity, and enables the load capacity to be higher and the load to be more uniform.
