NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene masterbatch comprises kneading and mixing 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 75-85 pts. wt. silicone, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. softening agent, and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent; adding aluminum powder to 0.5-1 mass% cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide solution, stirring at room temperature for 1-1.5 hour, washing, drying, mixing with the kneaded mixed material for 15-20 minutes to obtain a composite material; and stirring while adding a curing agent to the composite material at 220-250 revolutions/minute, and grinding. USE - Method for preparing a graphene masterbatch used for reinforcing aluminum alloys (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch has good dispersibility, and is easy to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of a graphene masterbatch comprises: (A) kneading and mixing 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 75-85 pts. wt. silicone, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. softening agent, and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, under nitrogen protection at 75-80 KW and 0.6-0.8 MPa for 950-1000 revolutions/minute; (B) adding aluminum powder to 0.5-1 mass% cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide solution, stirring at room temperature for 1-1.5 hour, washing, drying, mixing with the kneaded mixed material for 15-20 minutes to obtain a graphene uniform dispersion of a paste-shaped composite material; and (C) stirring while adding a curing agent to the composite material at 220-250 revolutions/minute, gradually reducing the stirring speed until stopping, gradually solidifying, and grinding.
