NOVELTY - Process for assembling sunglass, involves (i) preparing glasses frame by (a) compounding polystyrene resin and composite toughening additive, blending with modified graphene, sending to a stirring furnace for reaction, and stirring to obtain a modified polystyrene resin, (b) adding modified polystyrene resin, nano-silica, acrylic amine and rare earth lanthanum chloride to a mixer for stirring, and feeding to a twin-screw extruder for extrusion to obtain an original product of lens frame, (c) feeding original product of frame to penetrant, subjecting to aging treatment, and performing hot and cold rolling treatment, and (d) sending the final product to a forming mold for forming, (ii) preparing lens by using polyamide (PA)12 as base lens substrate, adding substrate with anti-sun additives, injection molding, and cutting the lens that matches the frame, and (iii) installing the lens to the frame, and using deionized water to scrub the lens to obtain the sunglass. USE - The process is used for assembling sunglass. ADVANTAGE - The assembled sunglass has excellent protection against solar UV rays, prolonged service life and high use efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Process for assembling sunglass, involves (i) preparing glasses frame by (a) compounding polystyrene resin and composite toughening additive at a weight ratio of 6:1, blending with modified graphene of 10-20% of the total polystyrene resin, sending to a stirring furnace for reaction, and stirring at 80-130degrees Celsius and 500-1000rpm for 10-20 minutes to obtain a modified polystyrene resin, (b) adding 50-100 pts. wt. modified polystyrene resin, 20-30 pts. wt. nano-silica, 1-5 pts. wt. acrylic amine and 1-2 pts. wt. rare earth lanthanum chloride to a mixer for stirring, and feeding to a twin-screw extruder for extrusion at 110-130degrees Celsius to obtain an original product of the lens frame, (c) feeding the original product of the frame to penetrant, subjecting to aging treatment at 60-100degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes, performing hot and cold rolling treatment to obtain a final product, adopting hot and cold rolling treatment for hot pressing at 100-120degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes and cold pressing at 2-5degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes, where the penetrant adopts 20-30% ferric chloride, and mixing sodium alginate and formulating at a weight ratio of 1:3, and (d) sending the final product to a forming mold for forming, and the forming mold can integrally form the mirror frame and the temples, (ii) preparing lens by using polyamide (PA)12 as the base lens substrate, adding 10-20% of the total amount of the substrate with anti-sun additives, injection molding, and cutting the lens that matches the frame, and (iii) installing the lens to the frame, and using deionized water to scrub the lens to obtain the sunglass.
