NOVELTY - A highly permeable graphene-doped proton conductor dense ceramic breathable film comprises a graphene and a proton conductor oxide, where the doping quantity of the graphene is 0.03-0.25 wt.%, and the content of the proton conductor oxide is 99.75-99.97 wt.%. USE - Highly permeable graphene-doped proton conductor dense ceramic breathable film. ADVANTAGE - The film has high electronic conductivity, increased hydrogen permeation flux, improved thermal stability and mechanical strength, which is beneficial for application and development of ceramic penetration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a highly permeable graphene-doped proton conductor dense ceramic breathable film, which involves using graphene or graphene oxide and a proton conductor oxide powder as raw material, followed by mixing, forming, drying, and sintering at high temperature to obtain the finished product.
