NOVELTY - The device has a mixing barrel (1) whose surface is provided with a mixing assembly (2). A bottom portion of the mixing barrel is provided with a discharging component. A surface of the mixing barrel is provided with a first control panel (5). A surface of a vertical plate (7) is provided with a second control panel (10), where a side of the vertical plate is provided with a collecting box (11). A surface of a hot melting tank (12) is rotatably connected with a protective door (14) and a temperature adjusting button (15). A lower portion of the temperature adjusting button is provided with a third control panel (16). An inner portion of the hot melting tank is slidingly connected with hot melting plates (17). ADVANTAGE - The device is directly added with better application performance, and has better conductivity and compatibility with existing battery technique and high temperature shrinkage performance, and effectively prevents an electrode surface from oxidizing on basis of realizing normal conductive paste and electrode surface oxidation effectively, reduces consumption of the electrode and lithium battery internal resistance, does not precipitate gel storing, and improves lithium battery multiplying power performance and service life of the electrode such that a conductor paste main body and a base can establish better combination property and thermal vibration resistance.
