PVC resin, 12-15 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 15-18 pts. wt. super - dispersion graphene reinforcing filler, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. paraffin wax, 1-3 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 2.6-2.9 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 0.9-1.2 pts. wt. butylbenzyl phthalate, 1.4-1.7 pts. wt. epoxy-oleic acid butyl ester, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant MB, 1.4-1.7 pts. wt. monobenzene diisooctyl phosphite. USE - Insulation grade soft polyethylene plastic. ADVANTAGE - Insulation grade soft polyethylene plastic has insulation at 70 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing super dispersing graphene reinforcing filler, which involves: (A) adding graphite, potassium nitrate and potassium permanganate into sulfuric acid solution, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain solution A, and hydrogen peroxide solution is put into solution A; (B) stirring, standing, washing and drying to obtain oxidized graphene; (C) adding bentonite, sulfuric acid, placing in a water bath, insulating, cooling, filtration, washing, drying, grinding to obtain modified bentonite; and (D) mixing modified bentonite, ethyl cellulose, ethanol solution and then increasing the temperature, continuing to add modified graphene under stirring conditions, and then heating, cooling, washing, drying, calcining, second cooling, grinding to obtain super dispersed graphene reinforcing filler.
