▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for finishing industrial antibacterial wear-resistant textile, involves (a) adding silica aerogel to polyethyleneimine, adding water to reduce viscosity, stirring at 40-50 degrees C, and filtering to obtain silica aerogel infiltrated with polyethyleneimine, (b) dispersing the silica aerogel and polymer quaternary ammonium salt with high-speed stirring, dispersing for 30-60 minutes, adding graphene, PTFE emulsion, and aqueous polyurethane liquid to obtain a finishing agent, and (c) soaking the industrial fabric, rolling in the finishing agent, controlling the pressure to 1-2 kgf/cm2, where the liquid penetration rate is controlled at 70-80%, pre-baking the finished industrial fabric at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 minutes, baking at 100-110 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, spraying sodium hydroxide solution on the finishing film, and drying to obtain the textile. USE - The method is useful for finishing industrial antibacterial textile. ADVANTAGE - The prepared textile is not easy to fall off the surface of the textile fiber, and has excellent stability and wear resistance.
