▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of thin-walled cylindrical shell structure comprises using 1-3 layers of fiber cloth as reinforcing material, shaping memory polymer as resin matrix to obtain shape memory composite material with resin content of 65-85%, pre-curing at 60-120 degrees C for 0.5-6 hours, preliminarily shaping into a curled shape, post-curing, heating to 120-200 degrees C for 4-10 hours, shaping with shape memory, heating to above the glass transition temperature, shaping using tubular mold, cooling to below the glass transition temperature, and crimping and shaping at room temperature. USE - The method is for preparation of thin-walled cylindrical shell structure. ADVANTAGE - The thin-walled cylindrical shell structure has bistable characteristics. The method achieves reversible change of the stretched structure.
