NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-silver SERS composite substrate involves adding graphene oxide dispersion of the first concentration, silver nitrate solution of the second concentration and the deionized water to the container in the amounts of the first preset volume, the second preset volume and the third preset volume respectively medium and stirring, adding fourth preset volume of ascorbic acid solution with a third concentration to the container, fully stirring to form a reaction product, separating the reaction product from the solvent by centrifugation, and washing with deionized water for a preset number of times, drying under a vacuum atmosphere at a preset temperature for a preset drying time to obtain substrate, titrating the solution to be tested onto the substrate, drying the predetermined drying time at the predetermined temperature in a vacuum atmosphere, so that the substrate is subjected to Raman detection.
