DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Waterproof paint comprises 20-45 pts. wt. organosilicon rubber latex, 3-8 pts. wt. organosilicon waterproof agent, 2-7 pts. wt. prefabricated graphene dispersion, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. emulsion-type de-foaming agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-4 pts. wt. triphenyl phosphate, 6-9 pts. wt. coumarone resin emulsion, 3-6 pts. wt. palygorskite powder, 4-6 pts. wt. perlite powder, 1-2 pts. wt. UV absorbing agent, 4-6 pts. wt. fly ash, 7-9 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion and 3-4 pts. wt. linoleic acid. The prefabricated graphene dispersion comprises 15-20 pts. wt. graphite powder, 8-12 pts. wt. potassium persulfate, 2-3 pts. wt. hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide, 1-2 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1-2 pts. wt. p-hydroxyphenyl methylamine, 20-40 pts. wt. ethanol and 100-150 pts. wt. distilled water. The prefabricated graphene dispersion is prepared by (i) preparing graphite oxide by subjecting graphite powder to Hummer's process, dispersing graphite oxide in distilled water, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-3 hours, adding anhydrous ethanol and distilled water mixed solution in a volume ratio of 8:1, continuously carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 hours; and (ii) mechanically stirring by adding aqueous solution of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide, reacting for 2-4 hours at less than 70-80 degrees C, filtering, respectively washing using anhydrous ethanol and deionized water many times, until bromide ions are not detected, then drying, adding the dried material into a container, magnetically stirring polyvinylpyrrolidone, uniformly mixing by adding p-hydroxyphenyl methylamine for 1-2 hours, and ultrasonically dispersing in distilled water, to obtain the final product. The emulsion-type de-foaming agent comprises 1-2 pts. wt. dodecanol, 10-13 pts. wt. polyether-modified polysilicone, 1-2 pts. wt. 1,2-benzisothiazole-3-one, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. sorbitan trioleate, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol stearate, 10-20 pts. wt. water, 1-2 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene ultra-fine powder, 2-3 pts. wt. hydrophobic silica, 1-2 pts. wt. guar gum, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. aluminum stearate, 1-2 pts. wt. anilinomethyltrimethoxysilane and 1-2 pts. wt. zinc sulfate. The emulsion-type de-foaming agent is prepared by (iii) mixing anilinomethyltrimethoxysilane and hydrophobic silica with polytetrafluoroethylene ultra-fine powder, then reacting by adding polyether-modified polysiloxane at 120-150 degrees C while heating under stirring conditions for 1-2 hours, and cooling the material to room temperature; (iv) heating sorbitan trioleate and polyethylene glycol stearate at 40-60 degrees C under uniform mixing conditions, adding the material to the product obtained in the step (iii), stirring for 20-40 minutes, adding the remaining amount of deionized water, controlling the temperature at 70-80 degrees C, and carrying out low speed stirring; and (v) slowly adding deionized water, uniformly adding the step (iv) product, stirring under natural cooling conditions, stopping the stirring process once the temperature is reduced to room temperature, and milling the resulting material for 2-3 times by placing in a colloid mill, to obtain the product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing waterproof paint, comprising (a) adding organosilicon rubber latex, coumarone resin emulsion and styrene-acrylic emulsion into a reaction kettle, switching on a machine having stirring rate of 500 rotations/minute, adding organosilicon waterproof agent, dispersing for 5-6 minutes, adding prefabricated graphene dispersion, and continuously stirring for 5-7 minutes; (b) adding 50-60 wt.% emulsion-type de-foaming agent into the step (a) product, dispersing while stirring for 5-7 minutes, then adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, allowing to disperse for 8-10 minutes until completely dissolved particles are not visible, increasing the stirring speed at 800 rotations/minute, and dispersing perlite powder, palygorskite powder and fly ash by stirring for 15-20 minutes; and (c) adding remaining amount of emulsion-type de-foaming agent into the step (b) product, then dispersing the remaining raw materials for 5-10 minutes, and carrying out high speed grinding using colloid mill, and filtering, to obtain the final product.
