NOVELTY - Preparing highly dispersed graphene microsheet plastic masterbatch involves adding graphene microchips and stearic acid to the mixer, mixing, and modifying the graphene microchips with stearic acid to obtain a modified mixture. The mass ratio of graphene microchips and stearic acid is 1-2: 10-25. The modified mixture is put into a high-pressure homogenizer, homogenization is performed at high temperature, and the material is discharged to obtain a primary dispersion. The mass ratio of primary dispersion and talc is 2-5: 1-2. The primary dispersion is mixed with talc powder, and then added to the kneader for processing and discharge to obtain a secondary dispersion. The secondary dispersion is mixed with the high-melt finger resin and polyethylene wax, and then extruded and granulated through a twin screw to obtain a highly dispersed graphene microsheet plastic masterbatch.
