ADVANTAGE - The heavy-duty coating has increased degree of crosslinking, has impedance value of 107-109 ohm with good electrochemical corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing heavy-duty, which involves: (A) dissolving graphene nanosheet and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate in water to adjust the concentration of the graphene nanosheet to be kept at a concentration of 0.01 g / mL to 0.03 g / mL; (B) dispersing graphene nanosheets uniformly, performing suction filtration, followed by using ethanol; (C) washing with water and drying to obtain modified graphene nanosheets; (D) sonicating modified graphene nanosheets in a solvent, and then adding to the acrylic polyurethane resin, followed by adding benzofuran, driers and mixing; and (E) coating on the surface of the metal surface, natural drying to obtain coating.
