NOVELTY - A steel wire rope mixing oil comprises 5-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 50-70 pts. wt. liquid methylenediphenyl diisocyanate, 5-10 pts. wt. glycerol, 10-20 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 80-100 pts. wt. white oil, 60-80 pts. wt. L-CKC No.150 industrial gear oil. USE - Mixing oil for steel wire rope used in mines. ADVANTAGE - The steel wire rope using the mixing oil has excellent anti-static property and long-term friction resistance, and can meet the use requirements of harsh environments in mines. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of using mixed oil for steel wire rope, which involves (i) weighing graphene oxide and liquid methylenediphenyl diisocyanate, adding graphene oxide to the liquid methylenediphenyl diisocyanate, heating at 60-80 degrees C, and stirring until uniform, passing the steel wire rope through the mixed solution, and infiltrating the wire rope evenly, (ii) weighing glycerin, white oil and L-CKC No.150 industrial gear oil, mixing and stirring evenly adding molybdenum disulfide, stirring in the mixer at a speed of 2000 rpm for 30 minutes, taking out, and applying evenly to the wire rope that is immersed in step (i) with a brush, and then curing at 70-90 degrees C for 30-60 minutes.
