▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The hybrid energy harvesting device comprises multiple solar cells that generate the electric power by receiving the sunlight. A nano-generator (20) is mounted on the surface of the solar cell for transmitting the solar light, and generating the power while the rainwater droplets (D) contact. The nano-generator is connected to a first node of the bridge rectifier. An intermediate capacitor is connected to the second node of the bridge rectifier. The electric energy generated by the nano-generator is temporarily stored in the intermediate capacitor. An electrode layer is positioned with the insulating surface layer (30) and has an electrode pattern. The electrode layer is selected from the group of silver nanowires, indium tin oxide, zinc oxide, graphene, poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene: polystyrene sulfonate), Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy thiophene), polystyrene sulfonate or polypyrrole. USE - Hybrid energy harvesting device for harvesting the electric energy from sunlight on a sunny day and electric energy in rainy weather. ADVANTAGE - The efficiency of the solar cell is improved by enhancing the light transmitted to the solar cell. The oxidation of the electrode layer is prevented so as not to lose electrical properties by using the protective layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the hybrid energy harvesting device.
