NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-doped polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven fabric involves (1), adding graphene into deionized water, mixing with phenylenediamine and aqueous ammonia under a protective environment, stirring, adding hydrazine hydrate to obtain a functionalized liquid, mixing 5-25 wt.% polypropylene resin, 1-10 wt.% dispersant, 2-5 wt.% coupling agent, 1-4 wt.% high-temperature stabilizer, 0.1-22 wt.% antioxidant and 1-4 wt.% plasticizer in a high-speed mixer, adding 5-25 wt.% functionalized liquid, kneading in high-temperature to obtain spinning-raw material, extruding, and spraying. USE - Preparation of graphene-doped polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven fabric used for e.g. filter material, sanitary material, medical mask, battery separator, and oil-absorbing material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-doped polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven fabric having antibacterial, antiviral and antistatic properties, multi effective protection, excellent uniformity, and mechanical properties, and is fluffy, and soft.
