NOVELTY - Preparation of paper-like graphene-modified photocured silk protein three-dimensional printing material involves spray-drying graphene oxide solution in a spray dryer, cooling, obtaining paper-like graphene microspheres, adding degummed silk fiber to calcium chloride-ethanol-water ternary solution in a molar ratio of 1:2:8, heating, stirring at 60-70 degrees C, filtering, dialyzing, obtaining a silk protein solution, adding the paper-like graphene microspheres to the silk protein solution, mixing, obtaining a mixed solution, evaporating, concentrating, obtaining a silk fibroin composite hydrogel containing paper-like graphene microspheres, adding a photoinitiator and an additive, and transferring to a three-dimensional printing device. USE - Preparation of paper-like graphene-modified photocured silk protein three-dimensional printing material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of skin-friendly paper-like graphene-modified photocured silk protein three-dimensional printing material having excellent mechanical properties, biocompatibility and electroconductivity.
