▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene corrosion-resistant conductive coating comprises metal substrate, coating framework parallel to metal substrate, chemical corrosion inhibitor arranged on coating framework, and modifier for coating framework chemical modification, where the coating framework is graphene arranged parallel to orientation of metal substrate. USE - The coating is used for metal surface. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent water dispersibility, solves the problem of agglomeration of graphene derivatives in coating with high added amount, prepares graphite with orientation parallel to metal substrate olefin coating, and utilizes the complementary effects of chemical corrosion inhibition and physical barrier to achieve excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating, involving (a) chemically modifying graphene oxide as precursor for improving water dispersibility of graphene, (b) uniformly mixing obtained modified graphene aqueous dispersion with corrosion inhibitor in a mass ratio of 2:1-8:1, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes, and preparing deposition solution with concentration of 0.1-0.5 mol/l, (c) using metal substrate as anode, and platinum sheet as cathode, under action of electric field of 20-40 V, jointly depositing modified graphene and soluble corrosion inhibitor in electrolyte on surface of metal substrate, and (d) drying obtained metal substrate to form orientation-aligned graphene corrosion-resistant conductive coating.
