NOVELTY - Preparing aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin modified aqueous epoxy resin anticorrosive paint comprises e.g. (i) preparing graphene oxide; (ii) preparing aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin; (iii) preparing aminated 1mg/ml graphene oxide/cyclodextrin to obtain solution A, dissolving 0.5 g 2-mercaptobenzothiazole in 10 ml acetone to obtain solution B, reacting part of solution A and B for 5 hours to obtain solution C, centrifuging the solution C to clean the suspension with pure water at 5000 revolutions/minutes, and drying to obtain aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin-2-mercaptobenzothiazole powder; (iv) dissolving the aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin-2-mercaptobenzothiazole powder in de-ionized water to prepare 10 mg/ml aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin-2-mercaptobenzothiazole powder aqueous solution, adding aqueous epoxy curing agent, ultrasonicating, rotating evaporating, adding E-51 epoxy resin and stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin modified aqueous epoxy resin anticorrosive paint is useful in various anti-corrosion fields e.g. industry and construction. ADVANTAGE - The method: prepares aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin modified aqueous epoxy resin anticorrosive paint with coating and impermeability properties, self-healing and long-term anti-corrosion effect and can be widely used in various anti-corrosion fields e.g. industry and construction; has simple synthesis process and easy control of reaction conditions, and good stability; and utilizes easily available raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin modified aqueous epoxy resin anticorrosive paint comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide; (ii) preparing aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin; (iii) preparing aminated 1mg/ml graphene oxide/cyclodextrin to obtain solution A, dissolving 0.5 g 2-mercaptobenzothiazole in 10 ml acetone to obtain solution B, reacting part of solution A and B for 5 hours to obtain solution C, where the mass ratio of aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole is 1:5, centrifuging the solution C to clean the suspension with pure water at 5000 revolutions/minutes, and drying at 50degrees Celsius and -0.1MPa in a vacuum drying oven for 24 hours to obtain aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin-2-mercaptobenzothiazole powder; (iv) dissolving the aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin-2-mercaptobenzothiazole powder in de-ionized water to prepare 10 mg/ml aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin-2-mercaptobenzothiazole powder aqueous solution, adding aqueous epoxy curing agent, ultrasonicating for 1 hour, rotating evaporating to remove excess solvent, adding E-51 epoxy resin and stirring for 30 minutes. The mass ratio of the aqueous epoxy curing agent and E-51 epoxy resin is 3: 1 and the mass fraction of the aminated graphene oxide/cyclodextrin-2-mercaptobenzothiazole powder in the total solid obtained by removing water of the target product is 0.25-2 wt.%.
