NOVELTY - The method involves coating a zero-index Meta material on a single graphene layered system. A Goos-Hanchen displacement variation curve of a graphene carrier concentration is obtained by using a numerical calculation formula. Terahertz light is incident to a hierarchical system graphene surface. Carrier concentration of a graphene is obtained by calibration process.
