An outer end of an elastic rope (503) passes through an inner wall of an adjusting column (5). A rotating shaft is sleeved with a limiting ring. An inner side of the limiting ring is provided with a coil spring. USE - Graphene heating and shoulder kneading device. ADVANTAGE - The effect of hot compress is greatly improved.
