NOVELTY - Preparing graphene anti-corrosion paint comprises e.g. (i) heating paraffin to melt, then adding emulsifier, and emulsified water and mixing to obtain white pasty emulsion, and reacting with tackifier to obtain paraffin emulsion, (ii) mixing graphene powder, surfactant and organic solvent and ultrasonicating to obtain graphene suspension, (iii) mixing paraffin emulsion with paraffin emulsion, flocculating agent and carrying out emulsion coprecipitation and granulating to obtain filler, and (iv) adding filler into paint, and stirring to obtain final product. USE - The paint is useful for photovoltaic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint has uniformity, compactness, stability effect, excellent anticorrosive effect, stable coating performance, simple preparation process, less raw material cost and processing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene anti-corrosion paint comprises (i) adding paraffin and slowly stirring while heating to melt, then adding emulsifier, increasing the stirring speed, mixing uniformly, then adding emulsified water of the same temperature and adding emulsified water once every for 1 minute until to obtain white pasty emulsion, then cooling to normal temperature, slowly stirring, adding tackifier, and stirring uniformly to obtain paraffin emulsion, (ii) mixing graphene powder, surfactant and organic solvent, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene suspension, (iii) mixing paraffin emulsion obtained in step (i) with paraffin emulsion obtained in step (ii), then adding flocculating agent and carrying out emulsion coprecipitation so that graphene to be loaded in the paraffin wax of the heat storage material, then suction filtering, removing filtrate, and subjected to microcapsule granulation using a spray drying method to obtain graphene-loaded paraffin wax filler, and (iv) adding graphene-loaded paraffin wax filler in obtained in step (iii) into paint, and then stirring uniformly to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene anti-corrosion paint is prepared by above mentioned method.
