NOVELTY - Preparing flexible radiation protection fiber based on graphene composite material involves mixing thermoplastic resin uniformly with functional powder, coupling agent, dispersant and antioxidant, then melt-blending and granulating by twin-screw extruder to prepare functional masterbatch for spinning; blending and melt spinning obtained functional masterbatch with thermoplastic resin, or directly melt-spinning functional masterbatch to obtain original filament of thermoplastic resin fiber; subjecting original filament to network bombardment to obtain network fiber yarn with shielding and protective properties, which is graphene composite flexible radiation-proof fiber. USE - Method for preparing flexible radiation protection fiber based on graphene composite material used for shielding ionizing radiation protection. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to provide high shielding protection efficiency, excellent mechanical properties, etc.
