▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An expandable graphite modified flame retardant polyurethane sealant comprises 35-60 %mass, preferably 50-55 %mass polyurethane prepolymer, 5-15 %mass, preferably 7-11 %mass expandable graphite, 5-25 %mass, preferably 13-20 %mass powder flame retardant, 3-8 %mass, preferably 5-7 %mass graphene oxide, 0.1-2 %mass catalyst, 0.1-2 %mass adhesion promoter, and 0.1-2 %mass desiccant. The expandable graphite has a particle diameter of 2-10 mu m, preferably 6-8 mu m and an expansion ratio of 100-150%, preferably 120-140%. USE - Expandable graphite modified flame retardant polyurethane sealant. ADVANTAGE - The sealant has excellent working performance, flame retardance of V-0 level, tensile strength up to 8.2 MPa and peeling adhesion of 100% cohesive failure, and can be prepared by a simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the sealant, which involves stirring polyurethane prepolymer under vacuum at 25-45 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, drying expandable graphite, powder flame retardant and graphene oxide at 105-120 degrees C, cooling to 30-50 degrees C, adding the mixture to polyurethane prepolymer, stirring for 1-2 hours, adding catalyst, adhesion promoter and desiccant under dry conditions, and stirring at 25-45 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours.
