NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion anti-bacterial resin paint comprises 20-30 pts. wt. epoxy modified organosilicone resin, 15-18 pts. wt. graphene/polypyrrole compound, 5-7 pts. wt. silver-loaded silicon dioxide, 2-7 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 6-10 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 8-12 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 8-12 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 10-15 pts. wt. wet sericite, 3-8 pts. wt. bactericide, 25-35 pts. wt. softened water, 2-5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 2-7 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-6 pts. wt. lubricant and 1-3 pts. wt. auxiliary. USE - Used as anti-corrosion anti-bacterial resin paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint is non-toxic and safe, does not produce pungent smell; shortens the construction time, reduce the over-spraying, greatly simplifies the maintenance process; and has simple preparation method, good sterilizing, elasticity, flexibility and water resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anticorrosion anti-bacterial resin paint, comprising (i) adding softened water and epoxy modified organosilicone resin into the ball mill, roating at speed of 150 rotation/minute for the first time ball milling to obtain slurry, (ii) adding polypyrrole/graphene composite, silver-loaded silicon dioxide, nano-titanium dioxide, montmorillonite, carbon fiber, nano-calcium carbonate, wet sericite, bactericide, demineralized water, dispersant, lubricant and auxiliary, and fully dispersing at 400 rotation/minute high speed ball milling for 12 hours for uniformly mixing, and (iii) adding thickening agent and stirring at 50 rotation/minute low speed for 4 hours, sieving and thickening.
