NOVELTY - Modified PCB resin fiber with graphene suppressing environmentally friendly three-proof graphene fiberboard comprises 10-50 wt.% modified long-fiber printed circuit board (PCB) resin, 20-50 wt.% modified PCB resin fiber powder, 0.1-15 wt.% graphene, 2-15 wt.% adhesive, and 0.5-5 wt.% flame retardant. USE - Used as modified PCB resin fiber with graphene suppressing environmentally friendly three-proof graphene fiberboard. ADVANTAGE - The fiberboard: has waterproof, flameproof and heat conduction functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified PCB resin fiber with graphene suppressing environmentally friendly three-proof graphene fiberboard comprising (1) mixing raw materials and paving; (2) pre-forming; (3) trimming the pre-compressed slabs; (4) hot pressing slab by continuous press or large-format press; (5) fine trimming the hot pressed sheet; and (6) cooling the plate.
