▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flame retardant antistatic polyester material comprises 47-98.6 wt.% polyester, 0.1-10 wt.% graphene, 0.5-20 wt.% flame retardant, 0.5-20 wt.% ionic liquid, 0.1-2 wt.% initiator, 0.1-0.5 wt.% antioxidant and 0.1-0.5 wt.% lubricant. USE - Used as a flame retardant antistatic polyester material. ADVANTAGE - The polyester material: comprises components with high adhesiveness; has good flame retardant and good antistatic properties; and has higher mechanical strength. The method is easy, and convenient for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flame retardant antistatic polyester material, comprising (i) pre-polymerization: adding ionic liquid, graphene and initiator to a reaction vessel, and stirring uniformly under heating condition at 60-100 degrees C for 5-30 minutes to obtain a pre-polymer, (ii) uniformly stirring prepolymer with polyester, flame retardant, lubricant and antioxidant in a high mixer to obtain a mixture, and (iii) mixing the mixture from the feed port into a screw machine and granulating at 230-300 degrees C to obtain a polyester material.
