NOVELTY - The method for transferring graphene film involves: (1) combining graphene surface of metal substrate with graphene thin film and target substrate to obtain substrate; and (2) placing substrate obtained in step (1) in an etching solution, and introducing direct current to perform etching to obtain target substrate combined with graphene thin film, where the positive electrode of direct current is communicated with metal substrate, and the negative electrode of direct current is communicated with etching solution. USE - The method is useful for transferring graphene film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene film transfer system.
