▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene Tencel (RTM: lyocell fibers) composite fibers are prepared by adding oxidized graphene solution to cellulose pulp with N-methylmorpholine-N oxide (NMMO) and water, dissolving and filtering mixture, dry spray wet spinning filtered product, processing filtered product to form wires and finishing processing wires. USE - Graphene Tencel (RTM: lyocell fibers) composite fibers (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene Tencel (RTM: lyocell fibers) composite fibers having excellent moisture absorption property, dyeing characteristics, strength, recyclability, flexibility, conductivity and antibacterial property are prepared by environmentally-friendly method. The graphene Tencel (RTM: lyocell fibers) composite fibers provides comfort to user. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene Tencel (RTM: lyocell fibers) composite fibers, which involves preparing graphene oxide-N-methylmorpholine-N oxide hydrate solution by adding 10-30 %mass graphene solution to N-methylmorpholine-N oxide aqueous solution with fraction of 70-80 %mass for 3-5 hours, ultrasonically treating mixture for 1-2 hours and distilling mixture under reduced pressure, adding crushed wood pulp with polymerization degree of 600-1000, antibacterial agent and antioxidant to graphene oxide-N-methylmorpholine-N oxide hydrate solution, mixing mixture at 100 degrees C for 3-5 hours, ultrasonically treating mixture for 1-2 hours and vacuumizing mixture at 70-80 degrees C for 15-20 hours such that the weight ratio of oxidized graphene and wood pulp is 1:20-1:80 to obtain spinning mixed solution, preparing graphene Tencel (RTM: lyocell fibers) composite fibers by dissolving and filtering spinning mixed solution, adding spinning mixed solution to screw extruder at 90-130 degrees C, spinneret with pore size of 10-60 mu m, hole capillary length of 400-600 mu m, nozzle stretching ratio of 2.60-3 and air gap length of 50-200 mm, spinning solution, washing, oiling, drying and post-treating spun product. The coagulation bath N-methylmorpholine-N oxide aqueous solution has concentration of 10-30%. The length of coagulation bath is 1.5-2.5 m. The coagulation bath temperature is 10-16 degrees C. The spinning speed is 50-80 m/minute.
