NOVELTY - Preparing adjustable temperature sensitivity and reversible thermal response type hydrogel involves dissolving 4-cyano-4-(phenylthio thio thio) pentanoic acid-N-succinimidyl ester and polyoxyethylene diamine in dichloromethane under nitrogen conditions, adding triethylamine to polyoxyethylene diamine solution, adding mixed solution into 4-cyano-4-(phenylthiothiothio)pentanoic acid-N-succinimidyl ester solution with constant pressure dropping funnel at room temperature after reaction, placing in vacuum drying oven and drying to obtain macromolecular chain transfer agent. The N-isopropylacrylamide is added into the polymerization bottle. The macromolecular chain transfer agent is taken. The 1,4-dioxane is added to the polymerization bottle, after N isopropylacrylamide is completely dissolved. The n-butyl acrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile are added to the polymerization bottle. USE - Method for preparing adjustable temperature sensitivity and reversible thermal response type hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare adjustable temperature sensitivity and reversible thermal response type hydrogel that has simple preparation process, solves problem of designing and synthesizing hydrogels with different temperature sensitivity and reversibility using the reversible addition-fragmentation polymerization method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing adjustable temperature sensitivity and reversible thermal response type hydrogel involves dissolving 4-cyano-4-(phenylthio thio thio) pentanoic acid-N-succinimidyl ester and polyoxyethylene diamine in dichloromethane under nitrogen conditions, adding triethylamine to polyoxyethylene diamine solution, adding mixed solution into 4-cyano-4-(phenylthiothiothio)pentanoic acid-N-succinimidyl ester solution with constant pressure dropping funnel at room temperature after reaction, placing in vacuum drying oven and drying to obtain macromolecular chain transfer agent. The small amount of oxygen dissolved in the solution is removed through three cycles of freezing-pumping-aeration-pumping-thawing and placed in high temperature environment for polymerization, after completion of the reaction. The product in the polymerization bottle is settled with n-hexane to obtain polymer PEP. The polymer PEP is dissolved in aqueous solution to obtain reversible thermally responsive hydrogel PEP. The ratio of the polymer PEP to the aqueous solution is 1:3.
