NOVELTY - High-efficiency thermally conductive silicone grease, comprises 80-100 pts. wt. composite structure thermally conductive filler with high thermal conductivity, 0.5-5 pts. wt. one-dimensional structure heat-conducting material, 0.5-5 parts two-dimensional structure heat-conducting material, 4-20 pts. wt. silicone oil, 0.25-1 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. carboxy modified silicone oil. The composite structure thermally conductive filler is a micron-scale thermally conductive filler with a high thermal conductivity and a surface coated with a low-oil absorption nano-scale thermally conductive filler. USE - Used as high-efficiency thermally conductive silicone grease. ADVANTAGE - The grease has high filling amount, good thermal conductivity, and less hardening and oil leakage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the grease, comprising (i) adding the micron-sized thermally conductive filler and the modified nano-sized thermally conductive filler in a certain ratio into a high-speed mixer for mixing and dispersing to obtain a composite structured thermally conductive filler, (ii) adding the one-dimensional thermally conductive filler and the two-dimensional thermally conductive filler into the high-speed mixer for mixing and dispersing to obtain a high-speed dispersed thermally conductive filler, (iii) placing the high-speed dispersed thermally conductive filler in a vacuum mixer, and vacuum-treating at 70-120 degrees C for 10-30 minutes to remove the air in the thermally conductive filler, and (iv) mixing the silicone oil, the silane coupling agent, and the modified silicone oil evenly, and pouring into the vacuum mixer of step (iii), and vacuumizing and stirring at 70-120 degrees C for 1-3 hours, again vacuumizing and stirring for 1-3 hours at 150-200 degrees C to obtain thermal conductive silicone grease.
