NOVELTY - The method involves compounding glass fiber cloth and mica paper to obtain a silicone mica paper composite tape. A graphene glue is coated on the silicone mica paper composite tape. The silicone mica paper composite tape is dried and winded. The graphene glue is sprayed on the silicone mica paper composite tape. The injection pressure of the graphene glue is 2-5 MPa. The graphene glue is a graphene organic silicon toluene solution. The preparation method is as follows a refluxing perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic dianhydride and triethylenetetramine in toluene, graphene powder is added, and ultrasonic treatment is performed to obtain graphene toluene solution, after acidification with formic acid. The organosilicon toluene solution is added, and the graphene organosilicon toluene solution is obtained. USE - Method for preparing thermally conductive mica tape. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has excellent thermal conductivity, and the addition of graphene significantly improves the thermal conductivity of the mica tape. The graphene is only sprayed on the surface of the glass fiber cloth and does not affect the adhesion between the glass fiber cloth and mica paper. The method is simple, and the graphene is evenly dispersed on the surface of the glass fiber cloth by spraying, which improves the thermal conductivity of the mica tape.
